hey guys! im back!!!
next week im gonna be in field camp..
so woulnt be booking out till early Nov
anything juz sms me..
cuz i wont be bringing my phone~

anyway.. this week was truely a blessed week!!
first of all i got a SILVER for IPPT
Standing Broad Jump : 230 (prev. 216)
Sit Ups : 40 (prev. 32)
Chin Ups : 8 (prev. 4)
Shuttle Run : 9.9sec (prev. 11.4sec)
2.4Km Run : 10.28mins (prev. 15.30mins)
i was quite impressed with my own results *proud*
wahaha~ its juz the first month.. and ive shown so much improvement..
looks like GOLD is within reach!!!

next thing is, my Rifle Got STUNNED(stolen) by my commanders..
because i forgot to lock my cupboard..
which was a damn stupid thing..
i was supposed to be confined
but.. i got a good commander,
and he let us off easily~~

and the last thing i wanna thanks God is..
i got to book out earlier and book in later!!
cuz i got a silver!!! wahaha~
some of u might think its not a big deal...
but to us NSF, this few hours are really impt!!
hehe! really a blessed week!
cant go for cg this week, so had to share my testi thru blog..
